Brian was Professor of Law at McGill University and the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan. He is also the founding Chairman of the Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan.
The author of several books on employment law and the administration of justice, he is a sought-after speaker, consultant and media interviewee, and makes frequent television and radio appearances.
Brian devotes a significant amount of his professional time to mediation and arbitration, where he uses his considerable knowledge and skill to resolve employment disputes.
