Brian A. Grosman Brian A. Grosman, QC., B.A., LL.B., LL.M. is senior partner of the Toronto law firm of Grosman, Grosman & Gale and is recognized throughout Canada as a leading employment lawyer. He has advised hundreds of corporate employers and thousands of executive employees on the legal implications of employment disruptions. Brian has argued some of the leading employment cases in Canada in the courts of Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

Brian is a former Professor of Law at McGill University and the University of Saskatchewan, as well as the founding Chairman of the Law Reform Commission of Saskatchewan. He has lectured on the subject of employment law and executive contracts throughout Canada and the United States. His law firm has specialized in employment law for over twenty-five years, advising corporate employers and executive employees on terminations, employment contracts, management and human rights. Brian has advised employers with regard to the human resource consequences of mergers, takeovers, and reorganizations, including the merger of The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Wood Gundy. In addition, Brian is retained by law firms to act as a mediator in employment disputes between employers and employees. He is also active in providing executive counselling and coaching to corporate leadership both in Canada and the United States.
