Nikolay Y. Chsherbinin is a lawyer specializing in employment law and related litigation. He advises both management clients and employees on all aspects of employment relations, including wrongful dismissals, human rights claims, workplace policies, Employment Standards Act issues and employment contracts. Mr. Chsherbinin has authored articles on wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, regulatory compliance and inducing breach of contract. He is presently a graduate student enrolled in a Master of Laws program, where he analyzes employers' liability for wrongful inducement of rivals' employees. |
