R. Mark Fletcher

Mark Fletcher is an associate at the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Mark provides advice and representation in employment matters to both employers and employees with a particular emphasis on Wrongful Dismissal Litigation and Human Rights issues in the workplace. Mark regularly writes articles for and is an associate Editor of the Employment Bulletin.

While attending law school, Mark was a student supervisor at Community Legal Services and he represented clients before Tribunals and in the Courts. In addition, Mark was a member of the University of Western Ontario's 2000 Niagara Moot Team, which won the 2000 Niagara Moot competition.
