Sheryl L. Johnson graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997 and was called to the Ontario Bar in early 1999. Sheryl has been practicing with a nationally recognized labour and employment law firm since her call to the bar.
Prior to entering law Sheryl completed an honors (specialist) B.A. in Labour Studies from McMaster University. She represents employers and employees in all areas of labour and employment law, including labour relations matters (Labour Relations Board proceedings, collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations), employment standards disputes, human rights complaints, Employment Insurance Act matters, judicial reviews, and wrongful dismissal litigation.
Sheryl's practice also includes the preparation of termination agreements, employee handbooks and workplace policies. |
