Natalie C. MacDonald was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000. She has been a member of Grosman, Grosman & Gale since 1999 and became a partner in January of 2006. She represents both employees and employers in all aspects of employment law. Her practice focuses on the litigation and mediation of wrongful dismissal actions, sexual harassment and other human rights complaints. She provides advice on issues in the hiring process, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, and employment standards issues.
Natalie has written on a wide variety of employment law issues including but not limited to, restrictive covenants, the changes to the Employment Standards Act, 2000, sexual harassment, probationary clauses, and employer liability.
