John R. Martin
LL.B.
John R. Martin was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. He has been a member of Grosman, Grosman & Gale for over 18 years, being made a partner in May of 1992.
He represents both employers and employees in court, before administrative tribunals and in all
aspects of human rights-related issues.
He is co-author of "Employment Law in Ontario" (Canada Law Book, 1991) and "Discrimination in Employment in Ontario" (Canada Law Book, 1994). In addition he has authored numerous articles on a wide range of employment and human rights law topics.
