M. Norman Grosman Norman Grosman was called to the Ontario bar in 1982 and is the firm's managing partner. He provides advice and representation in employment matters to both corporations and executives, with a special emphasis on federally regulated businesses. He is the author of two highly regarded text books on employment law:
