going to court

At Grosman, Grosman & Gale, we understand that sometimes as an individual, a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion. We’re strong believers in using dialogue, negotiation and mediation to arrive at a satisfactory settlement, but sometimes going to court becomes necessary.

The lawyers at GG&G are comfortable inside courtrooms, and take a “tough-but-fair” approach to these kinds of resolutions. We’ve argued cases at every level of court in Ontario—some of us have even represented clients at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Taking a case to court is never our first choice and rarely our preferred option. But we won’t back away from it when it’s in our client’s best interests to do so.
