Mediations in Ontario

Both Brian Grosman, Q.C. and Norman Grosman conduct mediations dealing with employment and labour issues.

Brian has an advanced mediation certificate from York University. Norman has conducted numerous mediations between employers and employees particularly in matters dealing with wrongful dismissal (Province of Ontario) and unjust dismissal (Federal).

Both bring a low-key, concerned approach aimed at resolving the issues between the parties in a humane and cost efficient way.
