  • Norman Grosman, Managing Partner of the law firm, is appearing on the television show REPORT ON BUSINESS commencing Monday, October 31st. He will be appearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during the month of November. During these appearances he will be dealing with employment and labour law issues and answering questions that matter on these subjects.

  • The Canadian Human Resource Reporter, in its January 31, 2005 edition contains a special supplement titled “Report on Employment Law”. This supplement contains a number of articles dealing with employment law; the changing legal landscape; employment law roundup; small employers, big duties; don’t trump your way to a lawsuit; getting foreign workers into Canada; employers push drug-testing envelope and many other useful articles.

    The Canadian HR Reporter January 31, 2005 edition contains a section which is headed up “LEADING PRACTIIONERS” under the heading ‘Ontario’ there is a section which is headed “ most frequently recommended”, under that section consistently recommended and a third section repeatedly recommended. In the top section, most frequently recommended appear the names of Brian A. Grosman, Q.C. of Grosman, Grosman & Gale LLP and M. Norman Grosman of Grosman, Grosman & Gale LLP as the most frequently recommended employment lawyers in Ontario.
