Brian Grosman, Q.C. addressed the Commercial Law Workshop of the Caribbean Bar Association in Miami Beach at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the subject of inducing employees to leave their employer with key information for the competitor. Brian Grosman spent some time indicating how best to protect the corporation from the departure of key employees with key information which can be utilized to the detriment of their former employer's competitive position (see Grosman's paper on Inducement under updates and speaking engagements).
