Matthew is an associate lawyer with Grosman Gale Fletcher Hopkins LLP.

He was called to the bar in June 2025 and brings to his practice a strong academic foundation, holding a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Science from King’s College London (UK), and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Specialization) from Western University.

Matthew’s passion for employment and labour law is rooted in his broader interest in globalization, business, and the recognition of employees as the driving force behind organizational growth and success.

Before joining the firm, Matthew completed his Articles, and later served as Legal Counsel, with a Crown agency of the Government of Ontario. In that role, he gained substantial experience in employment, labour, and litigation matters.

His background in the public service gives him a nuanced understanding of both public and private sector dynamics, which he now brings to clients at Grosman Gale Fletcher Hopkins LLP.
