Voula Michaelidis is a Partner with Grosman Gale Fletcher and Hopkins LLP.  She represents both employers and employees in all areas of employment and human rights law.

Voula has extensive experience with all stages of the work relationship from hiring, to managing discipline and accommodation issues and the termination process.   She regularly advises on employment and independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, executive compensation, inappropriate use of technology, fiduciary duties, post-employment obligations and severance packages.  Voula has achieved successful results in wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, injunctions and director’s liability cases.  She is a compassionate advocate in sexual harassment and discrimination cases.

She has represented clients in court, mediation, arbitrations, employment standards hearings and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board proceedings.  Voula is a regular speaker at employment law conferences.

Voula graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Arts.  She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario.
